ZAD

Designing sustainable systems that reduce energy consumption and promote the use of renewable energy sources. As well as improving the well-being of residents. This is done through the following principles and solutions: generating electricity, creating compost, storing emitted methane gas, and providing new big data analytics. This is aimed at the Ministry of Environment Water & Agriculture (MEWA), the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), and the residents.

The product ZAD, addresses the primary issue and generates additional benefits. These benefits come in various forms like electricity, compost, methane gas, and big data analytics. ZAD operates without any electricity and relies on a mechanical system as a primary method. Taking in wastes and reshaping it to create products in all the listed forms. ZAD is assembled Vertically with The electricity compartment above the compost compartment. The product interacts with the users through ZAD’s application that features various log-ins: residential, business, and workers. The interface starts with the data entry followed by the pick-up process and delivery to ZAD.
